Methods of Sterilization and Preparation of
media.
Types of different Media used in Microbiology
and their preparation.
Plating methods for Isolation and
Purification of bacteria.
Pour plate method and Spread plate method.
Identification of bacteria by staining
methods and Biochemical tests.
Isolation of Fungi from different samples.
